Mission and Vision

Our Mission

To train molecular biologists, researchers, and scientists who can apply the knowledge they have acquired in the field of Molecular Biology and Genetics to develop expertise in disciplines—and thus to cultivate molecular biologists, researchers, and scientists capable of building and utilizing the foundations of future technologies.

To enhance students’ awareness of social responsibility and societal benefit by equipping them with the skills to engage in responsible actions aimed at promoting environmental sensitivity, sustainability, accessibility, inclusivity, and well-being, as well as fostering critical thinking and ethical decision-making.

To develop and implement innovative educational approaches that are structured to address current scientific and societal needs, enhance students’ career diversity and scientific competence, and promote interdisciplinary interaction and specialization.

To strengthen university-industry partnerships that enable students to develop problem-solving, entrepreneurial, and lifelong learning skills; reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical applications; and achieve high employability.

To effectively utilize artificial intelligence and technology solutions in education and research activities, continuously advance digital transformation efforts, and implement teaching-learning methods and assessment techniques that meet the demands of the day.

To enhance the department’s international recognition through national and international academic exchange programs, joint projects, and dual-degree opportunities, and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience among faculty and students at both the national and international levels.

Our Vision

To be a center where pioneering education and high-quality scientific research are conducted by combining expertise in Molecular Biology and Genetics with interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary collaboration.
